1. We will accept all returns /exchanges for any reason.  NO RETURNS ON SALE ITEMS.
2. Conditions of returns/exchange: Tags still in tact, no visible signs of wear, including perfume, cigarette odours or make up.      We reserve the right to refuse a refund/exchange if this occurs.
3. We understand that sometimes what you have ordered may be slightly different to what you viewed on the web. We will gladly exchange or refund, in accordance with our terms and conditions.
4. We do not refund postage OR freight.  
5. Returns or Exchange - Love Fashion needs to be notified within 3 days of order received.
6. Returns with authorization number, need to be returned to our office in Queensland.
7. Order/s returned/exchanged must be received by Love Fashion NO LATER than 1 week after  an authorization number has been given.  (Love Fashion should be notified when you post the return item)
8. Return or Exchange - no returns will be accepted unless a return authorization number is given.
9. Return or Exchange MUST NOT be sent back by Regular Post, as this does not provide insurance or tracking and your precious purchase may get lost.
10. We strongly advise that Returns and Exchange be sent either by Registered Mail, or Express Satchel from Australian Post. Express Satchel,(remove small sticker which contains tracking id).  Remembr that Express Satchet does not have insurance attatched  - insurance has to separate.
11. Love Fashion will not take responsibilities for lost of ORDER via Post Office.
12. Love Fashion will send any exchanges FREE OF DELIVERY CHARGE - only once.
13. NO RETURNS FOR SALE ITEMS.  - ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL
